  • If you have an accident in our gyms or there was an incident where you were a witness or personally affected

  • We record your name, email address, your device’s MAC address and IP address when you log on to our wireless network.

    • If you pay for goods and services in our clubs by card we may record your payment card details. The Club is a cashless venue only electronic payment methods are accepted.

  • CCTV

    • We may capture your image on CCTV when you visit one of our clubs.

    • If you use our website we may record information about the URL you came from, your device’s IP address, your browser type and information about where your device is located.

  • Details about your child

    • If your child attends a supervised activity at one of our clubs we may keep a record of their attendance, emergency contact details and essential health information e.g. allergies.

  • Process your membership application or bookings through Padelmates our chosen mobile app provider

  • Keep you informed about our services including operational matters relating to your Membership or provide services you requested

  • To share event photos on our internal social media platform

  • Contact you with offers or promotions based on our analysis of how you use our services and what we think will be of interest to you (unless you choose not to receive our marketing messages, you should notify us in this circumstance)

  • Understand how you use our services, to help us develop relevant and updated services

  • Carry out research and statistical analysis to monitor how customers use our services

  • We’ll store your information for as long as you are a Member or use our services or following cancellation and to meet legal requirements
