1. Introduction
Welcome to Beaulieu Padel. These Terms & Conditions explain how our club operates and help ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful environment for all players and guests.

By booking a court, attending an activity, or using our facilities, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms:
Apply at all times
Take priority over any verbal guidance
Replace all previous versions
Additional terms may apply when using third-party platforms such as Padelmates, as well as our Website Terms & Privacy Policy.
2. Definitions
You / Member/ Lead Player – the person making the booking
Linked Player – any player included in the booking
The Club – Beaulieu Padel
3. Your Responsibility
All players included in a booking are jointly and individually responsible for that booking.
Any instruction from one player (including cancellation) will be treated as authority from all players.
The lead player is responsible for:
All booking fees
Fees for linked players (adults and children)
Any additional services or equipment used
All players must comply with these Terms and with the Club Safety Notices and Rules displayed on site.
To use all other facilities, such as Recovery Suite, in line with on-site guidance
4. Use at Your Own Risk
Padel and associated activities involve inherent risks, including slips, falls, collisions, and contact with balls, equipment, glass, or walls.
All players and guests use the courts and facilities at their own risk.
Players are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate.
Play must stop immediately if a player feels unwell, unsafe, or uncomfortable.
Using the Recovery Suite could involve extreme temperatures where you should take medical advice if unsure prior to use
5. Members
Members of the club will receive additional benefits and discounts as detailed as part of the application process. As a Social member of the Falcon Bowling Club, you will need to follow the terms of their club.
Membership will be for a minimum term of 12 months. Payment for the annual membership can be made as a one-off payment or 12 monthly instalments. It will not be possible to cancel your annual membership without the Clubs approval.
6. Guests
You may bring guests but at all times ensure guests understand and follow all club rules, safety notices, and these Terms
7. Children
Children are considered to be under the age of 18
Children are welcome but must behave safely and respectfully.
Children must not put themselves or others at risk or disrupt other players.
Children are not permitted to use the Recovery Suite and must be accompanied should they require the use of the changing and shower facilities.
Continued unsafe or disruptive behaviour may result in suspension.
8. Court Bookings & Payments
All bookings are made via Padelmates our chosen app provider.
Payment must be completed through the Padelmates app.
Padelmates’ own legal terms apply.
Booking rules may change from time to time.
9. Pricing, Fees & Charges
Court, activity, coaching and service prices may change.
Current pricing is displayed in Padelmates or at the Club for on-site services.
All purchases must be paid for at the time of use.
10. Coaching and Lessons:
Coaching and lessons are provided by club-approved coaches only. Users must adhere to club policies and schedule lessons through the club's designated channels. Private coaching from non-club approved coaches is not permitted.
11. Booking Limits & Cancellations
Bookings may be made up to 14 days in advance for members or 7 days for non-members
48-hour cancellation policy applies
Late cancellations are charged automatically via Padelmates
12. Recovery Suite, Changing, Shower and Facilities
Access may be subject to availability and restrictions.
are available for use by members and guests who are 18 years or over.
Booking of the recovery suite is available through Padelmates
Each session for the Recovery Suite is restricted to 4 individuals and can include both male and female
The use of these facilities are at your own risk and Health and Safety notices must be observed and understood prior to use.
13. Behaviour & Conduct (Zero Tolerance)
To protect all players, Beaulieu Padel operates a zero-tolerance policy.
We do not permit:
Verbal abuse, intimidation, threats, or violence
Aggressive, antisocial, or unsafe behaviour
Swearing, spitting, or removal of shirts anywhere on site
The taking of illegal drugs
Food and drinks purchased outside the club to be consumed on-site
Vaping or smoking within the Club
Serious breaches may result in immediate suspension or permanent ban and may be reported to the police.
Please respect Club Rules & Safety which will displayed on signage throughout the club:
New players must familiarise themselves with the padel & safety rules before playing.
Wrist straps / cords must be worn at all times while playing.
No loose padel balls are permitted on court during play.
Remain alert at all times and beware of balls entering the court.
The glass and walls are part of the game but must be respected.
Do not climb on the glass, walls, or fencing.
Do not intentionally misuse court structures or equipment.
14. Restriction, Suspension & Bans
The Club may restrict or suspend members or individuals should these Terms be breached or behaviour of individuals not adhere to the Clubs Safety Notices and Rules displayed throughout the club
Suspensions can take effect immediately once notified.
Failure to comply may result in permanent exclusion and Membership or fees may not be refunded
Appeals to any restrictions, suspensions or exclusions must be submitted in writing to the Club.
15. Complaints
If something goes wrong, please:

Escalate to the Duty Manager
Contact Club Management
We aim to resolve issues quickly and fairly.
16. Changes to Facilities & Services
We may temporarily or permanently adjust facilities, services, or opening hours for operational, safety, or maintenance reasons. Where possible, notice will be provided and refunds may be made where applicable.
17. Liability
Personal belongings are brought on site at your own risk.
We are not responsible for loss, damage, injury, or death except where caused by our negligence.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
18. Data Protection
Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
19. Changes to These Terms
From time to time, we may update these Terms as services. As and when this happens a new ‘last updated’ date will be displayed. By continuing to use the website, you agree to any updated terms.
